The service well

Support

The bar is small, but the mail gets read. If something in bartender.live is stuck, missing, or mixed wrong, write in.

Write to bartender@jacket-industries.com. A useful letter mentions:

  • Your device and iOS version (Settings → General → About)
  • The app version, shown at the bottom of the app’s Help screen
  • What you expected, and what got poured instead

Mail is answered in the order received, usually within a day or two. Tips are neither expected nor accepted — a five-star review buys the next round.

The regulars ask

The questions the bar hears most.

I bought Top Shelf and it is not showing up.

Purchases live with your Apple Account. Make sure the device is signed into the account that bought it, then reopen the app — StoreKit settles the tab on launch. Still dry after that? Write in.

Where is my Founder badge?

Founder status is read from your original App Store purchase, on the same Apple Account. It arrives on its own; there is nothing to redeem. Badge missing? Write in with roughly when you bought the app.

My Bar did not follow me to my new phone.

Your shelf rides your iCloud. Confirm the new device is signed into the same Apple Account with iCloud enabled for bartender.live (Settings → your name → iCloud), then give the app a fresh launch.

A recipe is wrong, or a drink I love is missing.

Say so — seriously. The library grows almost daily and corrections go to the top of the queue. Send the drink’s name, what is off, and your preferred source if you have one.

The daily suggestion stopped arriving.

Check notifications are allowed (Settings → Notifications → bartender.live) and the daily suggestion is switched on in the app’s settings. It is a Top Shelf pour, so it also needs the unlock — or a Founder badge.

Still stuck? Write in.

The Top Shelf page explains what is free and what is in the unlock, and the privacy page explains what little the bar keeps. For matters concerning Jacket Industries itself, the parent office keeps its own contact desk. Cheers.
