The short version
We don’t collect any personal data from you.
Jacket Industries, LLC (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the bartender.live website and the bartender.live iOS application (together, the “Service”). We count what happens in the bar — never who you are.
The app asks for no account, no name, no email. Your bar and your favorites are stored on your device and in your own iCloud, where we cannot read them.

What the bar actually keeps.
Usage counts
The app, its widget, and this website send simple first-party events to our own server — a drink page opened, the daily suggestion shuffled, a page on this site viewed. An event carries the event name, where it happened, the drink or bottle involved, the app version, and (on the web) the referring page. No account, no name, no device identifier, no advertising identifier, no location, and no IP address stored. Two people opening the same recipe are indistinguishable to us.
Purchases
Handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We receive no card numbers and no identities — only Apple’s anonymous confirmation that a purchase is valid.
iCloud sync
Uses your own iCloud account under Apple’s terms. The contents of your bar sync between your devices without passing through any server of ours.
Amazon links
The app’s “Buy on Amazon” buttons open Amazon with our affiliate tag, which may earn the bar a small commission at no cost to you. From there, Amazon’s own privacy policy applies — we learn only that the button was tapped.
Third-party trackers
None. No advertising networks, no analytics services, no cookies, no fingerprinting — in the app or on the site. The tally above is ours alone, on our own server.
